How to Request Data Deletion
At Invaya Systems (OPC) Pvt Ltd, we respect your right to control your personal data. If you would like us to delete the personal data we hold about you, including data collected through our AI chatbots, WhatsApp Business communications, or Meta platform integrations, you can submit a deletion request by emailing us.
Deletion Request Methods
Send an email to info@invayasystems.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
- Your full name
- Phone number or email address associated with your interactions
- Description of the data you want deleted (or request full deletion)
What Gets Deleted
Upon a valid deletion request, we will delete:
- Your personal contact information (name, phone number, email)
- Chatbot conversation history and message logs
- Any profile or preference data associated with your account
- Data shared with us through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp)
Please note that some data may be retained where we have a legal obligation to do so (such as financial records required by Indian tax laws) or where the data has been fully anonymised and can no longer be linked to you.
Processing Time
We will acknowledge your deletion request within 48 hours and complete the deletion within 30 days. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted.
Meta Platform Data
If you have interacted with us through Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp, and wish to delete data that Meta holds about those interactions, you may also need to manage your data directly with Meta through your Facebook Settings. Deleting data on our end does not automatically delete data held by Meta under their own privacy policy.
